We recommend a professional carpet cleaning at least once every 12 months. If you have kids and pets than we recommend carpet cleaning at least once every 6 months.
How should I prepare for carpet cleaning?
Prior to your carpet cleaning it is good to remove any small or easily movable items out of the area to be cleaned. Large items such as beds and entertainment centers can be left in place and the cleaning technician will clean around those.

They absolutely are! We use only eco friendly and non toxic cleaning products. The well being of your loved ones is a top priority of ours.
Should I vacuum prior to having my carpets cleaned?
It is not necessary in most cases, as this is included in part of the cleaning process. If pet hair is an issue though than we do recommend a vacuum prior to carpet cleaning. The more vacuuming the better when trying to eliminate pet hair.
How long before I can walk on the carpet after carpet cleaning?
You are okay to walk on the carpet after the carpet cleaning is done. We do recommend to keep shoe traffic off the carpet until it is completely dry.
